A Journey of Discovery

Pictures do say more than a thousand words.

Pictures inspire more curiosity and active participation than most videos.

It might seem a paradox to you but think about it. Mostly, a video puts you into a passive viewer position letting the other person tell their story and you follow the lead.

A picture will put your brain into a “problem-solving” mood in an instant. It will spark your creativity and imagination to come up with your own story of the image. Isn’t that much more fun and energizing?

This picture book is my way of telling a story and capturing the world around me. A way to look more closely and to get better at looking and captivating storytelling.

My way to keep learning, and keep those synapses in my brain connecting – after all I am a boomer 😉

big & small, people & things, city & nature, close up & zoomed out

It’s about exploring, challenging and expanding my creative side. It’s about paying attention to surroundings, opportunities, communities and the small things. It’s about my inner energy, the energy around and how both interact. It’s about stepping out of my comfort zone and growing. It’s about living the best life and finding out what that means to me. It’s about serving a bigger cause and the joy of giving back.

Once upon a time there was a shy & insecure girl growing up in the German countryside while holding the world record in eating strawberries and admiring those who take risk and explore the world.

Then, somehow that girl grew into an explorer herself and she just yet has lauched some new adventures….

My new Business venture in the works

Your environment has a decisive impact on the quality of your life. And I don’t mean designer sofas or the newest trend in interior design. I am talking about the energy you create with your choices of design, color and placement.

For me it always has been more important to create the right energy in  a home than conforming to a certain look.  I have decorated many homes  and without exception got the same feedback from people entering these spaces.  “Wow, it feels so good in here”. “I feel so comfartable in this space”. “Great energy”. “There is something so good about this space”, “I don’t want to leave”…. and on and on.

Realizing that I used some of the wisdom of feng shui, biophilia combined with good standard interior design principles, I have been deepening and consolidating my knowledge in all 3 areas.

In my business HOLISTIC LIVING SPACES I  provide you with tools that use all of this knowledge so you can get better connected to your environment and create a home that supports your dream life.

Stay tuned – The first tools will be available in January 2023, right after the holiday season and ready for an empowering start into the new year.
